This is the base medium binder element from our watch re-lume kit.

It is a white acrylic type liquid that should be mixed with glow in the dark powder to make a watch re-lume paste / paint.

This item does not glow in the dark you need to add glow in the dark powder.

Mix at a ratio of 1 part powder with 2 parts of our base medium binder.

As the paint is water based once one job has been done all items can be washed with warm water ready for use again next time.

    Once dry it is permanent and waterproof.
