Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in Europe. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations due to postal regulations (such as solvent or enamel based paints).

Sorry we do not currently ship outside of Europeon countries.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose.

Please note that most paint products are made fresh when ordered.

We usually ship orders out within 4 business days of the payment being received and cleared. Some large orders may take up to two weeks to make and dispatch (please contact us if you need clarification whether your order will fit in to this category).

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund of the value of the products bought. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.), otherwise you are responsible for paying the postage charge.

We strongly suggest that you return using a recorded delivery method of postage.

Before returning an item please contact us as we will do our best to assist and resolve any problem you have.
