Invisible UV Blacklight visible fluorescent paint
Our own Invisible colour UV blacklight colour visible paint. Just select your colour from the dropdown box above. Different colours can be different prices as some cost more to make than others.
In daylight or standard white lighting you can not see the bright colours, but viewed in Ultraviolet (UV) blacklight (365nm Wavelength), as used in night clubs, raves, discos, laser arenas etc and it really comes to life with bright colour.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Not all colours show with LED UV lighting (such as UV torches), you need true Ultraviolet Blacklighting such as low energy mains powered bulbs, tube lights or UV cannons (they all look dark purple in daylight). These work on 365nm wavelength, but many LEDs work on 405+nm (especially the cheaper ones) which is not the correct frequency.
Paint is translucent in daylight (see the pictures), but may have a slight white or pastel colour on close inspection (it is invisible colour not invisible paint). But they glow with the strong colours once in the UV blacklight. The paint looks white when in liquid form but dries translucent.
These are our own waterbased high quality acrylic based formula paints. So can easily be washed with soap and warm water until dried. Once dry they are hard wearing and water resistant.

When using as a fabric paint items may be able to be gently hand washed. This is not guaranteed though and you do so at your own risk. Do not machine wash.
Please Note: This white is a true white when glowing, not the usual blue tinted white (the same as white t-shirts glow in UV light) that is more often referred to as white. But you do need a powerful UV blacklight source to see this glow well. Unless you have a specific need for this and the equipment to make it glow you would be best using the Zillah Minx Acrylic paint we have in our shop in the white colour.
This paint should be painted on a white background as the colour will then reflect off it giving the brightest glow when UV Blacklight is on it.
